Hello all,
I,ve seen a simular sort of vehicle in an old tractor mag,Swedish or Norwegian made log skidder/snow plough sort of thing,i think used in the softwood/fir forests over that way.what its doing in Windsor,Who knows!.

There's an ID data plate on one of the parts in the photo
Neidig Sohne Mannheim Which I think says it all. Without tracks, road wheels & Idlers I think it is just $3000 worth of scrap steel, but that's just my humble opinion.
