Wanted - Sighting Scope Case

I'm looking for a sighting scope case like this one. It's for the scope used in most WW2 British and Canadian armoured vehicles and also for the 25 pdr. It's very similar to the case for the No.22C scope only larger (about 15" long, 2.5" small end diameter and about 3.5" large end diameter). An original would be nice but I'd be very happy to get good photo's and accurate dimensions to dummy one up for now. It's to fill a hole in the upper left side of my Fox turret.
