Default Need to identify storgage bin

Thought I posted this message earlier today but I must not have submitted it after composing it....

A friend came across this metal vehicle locker and we're wondering what vehicle is was produced for and what it was intended to hold. From the design and part number, I figure it is a Bren Carrier locker for the rear of the vehicle but I don't have manuals to cross reference it.

Part number is D-70331

Default Matilda ?

Is it perhaps one of the several turret bins slung on the Matilda for service in the Far East/ Australia /

Just a guess I admit.

Cheers

Phill

Default Next question:

What is TL 12134 used for?

Its a stowage bin of sorts, but not in the 1941 parts list.

cheers
Rob
