1/2 Ton Chevy Army truck spares

Can anyone help this lady please? I assue that it's a US truck and not Canadian:

just purchased a 1942 Chevy truck for my husband and have been trying to locate a few parts for it, but with no luck. Maybe you could help me out. This truck was in the Army for the 1st 8yrs of its life. It has 18in. rims on it. We have four of the originals but would like to purchase one for the spare. Any suggestions as to where we could find this item.
