Default M38A1 Items

Is there anyone out there that can direct me to where I can get an SMG mount,a FN style rifle bracket and 4 of the heavy duty eye bolt style seatbelt anchors that screwed into the anchor plate on the underside of the floor and front of the rear wheelhouse?I'm finding that these items must be purely CDN,I do remember them on our jeeps. Thanks for any help.Gerry.

Brian Asbury posts here and he supplies M38A1 parts. Search for his last name and you will find his addy. I know that he has the SMG mount.

Default SMG mount

Clive- thanks for the reference! I do have a couple good used($35) and NOS ($45) SMG mounts and probably an NOS FN mounting kit (broom handle clip plus rubber buttstock holder). The seatbelts attached to eye-bolts that threaded into a not welded to a square plate that was then welded to the bottom side of the jeep body: pretty much have to cut them out of a used body or fabricate from scratch.
Gerry: please PM me if you need details.

Default SMG Mount

Brian I would be more than happy to take a used SMG mount and rifle mount off your hands, how would you like payment? As for the seat belt anchors,it is the eye bolts that I require not the plates that are welded on the underside of the floor.I have these plates from two bodies, removed the broken eye eye bolts and now have 4 plates with 7/16 NF nuts and no eye bolts for anchors.I can make if need be,just would be nice to save time.Gerry.
