I am in the process of a cleanout/sortout...scrapping stuff that is 'stuffed'. Can anyone ID these axle sets please? http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u...ifiedaxles.jpg long axle is 33 1/2" overall short axle is 26 1/2" overall dia is 1 3/16" If I cant ID them I'll toss them....its all a matter of knowing who what where. I'm assuming the are Mil as they came with a pile of Dodge WC kit...but then again...maybe civie??? thanks for any input. Brent. |

Yes something like that Model A,B, T,v8 car, e93a, 100e, Remember the ford hub puller for removing the hubs off the taper and key. A jeep is like your 3/4 ton Dodge set up ( full floating hub) if you break an axle the hub stays on. With these axles the wheel heads off on it own.
