Bren tripod question...

Hi,
Pulled this Bren tripod mount out of the closet today after seeing an old movie showing these mounts used in the AA position in the rear of troop trucks. I would like to use this mount in the C8 as a removeable display.
My mount appears to be a salad of different year parts.
Did some research on the net, and as usual came up with more questions than answers....
From my photos, which model is this mount, how was the extra AA leg attached, and how was the Bren attached to this model mount in the AA role?
Sorry for the newbie questions.
