I followed sale of the 10 “Pinzgauer, mdl: 718, High Mobility All-Terrrain, 6x6 vehicle, powered by VW in-line 6 cyl turbo direct injection diesel engine, 24 v electrical system with NATO slave receptacle, auto trans, 12,239 km, drove on lot.” All but one of them is listed as having driven on to the lot. Prices 15 minutes before the close of the auction ranged from $5,450 to $8,100. They closed at $ 10,150 to $13,500.

Pinz like the volvo C303 are abossulte dream machines in terms of all terrain, air or hydraulic locking diffs front and back, with front and rear portla axles. 10K for a hard top Pinz is great, As many of them are Swiss surplus, Very well kept.
The volvo is much harder to find that is in good condition ( sweidish military converted their bodies to alu zinc ) so they did not rust. Take care |
