Oh WOW! that's a serious rare find and what a project. I'd love to do that up and it's mostly all there. I hope he documents his restoration as i'll be following with interest and admiration.

Default Either the cold medication or.....

I have the distinct impression that this topic was on MLU a few years ago ..... in fact a second vehicle was part of it.....who else remembers.... I tried searching MLU with no luck...

Default Marmon Herrington two man tank

Just an update, check under my post of Marmon herrigton carrier coversion, there are quite a few pics, there are also pics of us lifting the vehicle out of its resting place onto a truck, check all of my posts, it was also on Tank net a few years ago

You're right. E.g. in 2010 John posted a link to a set of walkaround pictures he made in the thread on my Chinese M-H data plate:

He states it was in the possession of the Canadian military at that time. Over the years I have been in contact with at least two different persons who were going to restore this tank. Or is this another one?

Anyhow, I hope it finally gets restored!

This thread: Marmon Herrington Tank Find - Canada dates back to 2008. The video link is dead but I recall a Canadian army officer being interviewed about the plans they had to restore it.
