Still looking-42 set stuff

Hi, I am still looking for a cable and a interconnecting box for the C-42 set...... I have included NATO stock numbers ...Just in case that helps
Looking for cable between radio antenna tuner and radio set-ZA6980, NATO number 5990-99-949-1036
and Interconnecting box / adapter unit headset "T" or T junction box - ZA6195 NATO number 5820-99-949-1023
There's gotta be one out there
