THey have a repro substitute...... others may jump in with actual first hand expereince on how accurate they are and what slight adjustment/mod you may need to do to the connecting ends.

you need the 51 inch cable. The cable from Mac's is 46 inches and is too short. It won't reach the bellcrank or be secured in the bracket. I am just having the same drama. The fork end is the same as the the one on the long rod to the hand lever assembly and is probably quite common, though.

I have NOS perfect condition 86" handbrake cables C01Q-2276-B (note the "B" suffix) as used on 30 and 60CWT winch-equipped trucks. The outer sheath is 41" long, the exposed wire core adds another 43" plus about 2" other end of outer sheath. Compare to your old 51" cables: maybe an easy fix to shorten the wire core? They are $25 each plus post. About 10 available.
