If you search this forum you will find a couple of threads covering this vehicle type. There are two restored/part restored examples in the UK one of them came up for sale on e bay a few months ago.

Rick,
Just saw the ad on HMVF....it's a cab 12 and not cab 11 as stated in the advert. I think you will also find the truck in the "CMP for sale in UK" thread. Also I seem to remember an MLU member in New Zealand had a very nice example.
