3rd Battalion Welsh Guards ?????????

Hello all, looking for the correct fender markings for

78th Div. ( this I know yellow battleaxe)
----1st Inf. Brigade ------
3rd Battalion Gren. Guards
2nd Battalion Coldstream Guards
3rd Battalion Welsh guards (3/1943)

Would the correct vehicle marking be ---red square with 57 for the welsh guards
