Aussie C60L find

Dear David,

I have recently discovered an early Chevrolet truck on my property in Western Queensland. The details are as follows.

I would appreciate any information available.

Serial No: 1844325764SM203

Engine No: 3754252

Trim: XR

Paint: F,C,102



Whilst the vehicle is disassembled it is reasonably complete. The engine is still running and is mounted on a saw bench.

I told him about his find...it could be a C60L to S/M 2033 or 2037, from the portion of the data he quotes, and both had allocations for Egypt. So, sounds like another British-assembled CMP shipped off to the Mid-East and then issued & sold to the AIF!
