Default Mazda 2530 lightbulbs

Hi everyone

Does anyone have a North American source for the Mazda 2530 lightbulbs. My last one burned out and I need some more.

MACs auto has them listed:

48-13007-12 EACH 1.75 HEADLIGHT BULB 12 VOLT 50-32 CP FLANGED TYPE 2 1935-1939 View Detail Add to Cart
48-13007-6 EACH 1.80 HEADLIGHT BULB 6 VOLT 50-32 CP FLANGED TYPE 2 1935-1939

Over the long term keep an eye out at the old car swap meets. I bought a few boxes of them for a couple $$ each at the Barrie Speedway swapmeet a decade or so back for $5 a box. I remember the old fellows laughing at me because of how many I was buying. So who's crazy now?

Seems like these burn out way too often. Too bad their wasn't a better voltage regulator system on the carriers.

Another source with a lot of technical info is Don's Bulbs, although their prices seem much higher.

Default Here is another source

I found this outfit http://www.lbcarco.com/cgi-bin/gen5?...=/halogen.html a couple of years ago they have halogen bulbs that look just like the Mazda, they also understand and have bulbs that are correct if you have converted 12 volt or have modern 6 volt battery system including the need for slightly higher voltage as well as the change necessary if you have replaced the generator with an alternator.

I installed some on my trucks (6 volt generator) and they do give off more light even in the black out head light shields.
