Default What is this from?

I came across this heavily constructed body in Far North Queeensland a couple of weeks back and I am keen to know what it is off. You can see an ARN number on one of the photos, the body has a large number of external lockers and is made from 1/8 (3mm) folded plate, it was full of empty bully beef cans

Hard to tell from the tiny pics but it almost looks like the rear section of an upside down CGT No8.

Once again bigger photos would be nice but it could also be the remains of a bofers body (Aust).

Looks like you may have hit the nail on the head Cliff. I have had it looked up... 73627 is listed as a Chev No6 LAA (Bofors) Tractor on an 8442 chassis.

It still looks more like a No8 but there you are.

Default Bofors Blitz

Can't remember where these come, but probabably through Keith. Was pretty keen to do one of these, but was never in the right place at the right time to get a body. Found out on the weekend that one of the trucks in the shed was in fact a NO6, without the body of course. Live and learn.
