Good Day Ladies and Gentlemen:

I wish to pass on to you all, best wishes, and I hope you are all enjoying summer and all it has to offer.

I have been approached by 2 organizations who would like to have a military vehicle and reinactor presence at their events. The first event is the Windsor International Air Show which is being held 29-30 August. The web site is www.winairshow.com .

The second event is being held at the Canadian Transportation and Heritage Village in Essex on the 6th of September. It is the Fall Car show which is very very popular and well attended. This year they wish to include a military presence with hopes of something bigger in the future. This venue is ideal for a military event. With a village and forest area, an open field and the opportunity for a flea market. There are camping facilities, showers, toilets and all the amenities. There is a licensed restaurant and museum. The web site is www.ctmhv.com . The CTMHV is interested in starting an annual event with military vehicles and reinactors as the main focus. This is the first time that I am aware of that an invitation of this sort has been presented by this organization. They have an awesome setup and situation which would be ideal for such an event, but that is in the planning stages for next year based upon the response generated by this email.

Both events will be excellent opportunities to display and educate the public.

I plan on attending both events and hope you are interested in participating. Naturally there is much last minute planning and although this is what we in the military call a "short fuse" it is hoped that you would be interested in attending with your vehicle(s) and equipment. Dress for success.
