Default Norwegian Morris

I found this on a Norwegian photo site the other week.

Looks to be prewar or outbreak of war and the registration plate looks Norwegian as well.

Any ideas from the group??

Hello, it looks like it is in German hands (Notek lamp on the left wing) I always wonder if the war would have last longer if the Germans didn't have al that British cars with their Lucas electric parts.

Greetings

Hendrik

Hallo Hendrik:

Thanks, I missed the Notek.
Even so, the registration plate is neither British nor German and looks to be Norwegian to me.

I am not competent when it comes to the British contribution to the initial defense of Norway in 1940. It may be a British beute vehicle or, is it a vehicle purchased by Norwegian Armed Forces before the outbreak of war between Germany and Norway???????

I forgot the source, which is below.
Thousands of photos of wartime Norway and a lot more like the Morris.

Great picture of a Morris CDSW, probably the breakdown version judging by the lockers.
