Default Please ID this Turkish truck

It might be a ultra rare Garner-Straussler 4x4. Or is it a plain old Morris?

I'd go for Morris, but a close-up of the rear hub would confirm. Certainly not plain!

Default truck id

Dear Nyut,

The rear of the truck matches exactly to the GS body fitted to the Morris Commercial CS11/30, as do the wheel hubs. The type was produced from 1935 to 1939 and used by the BEF and in the Middle East by the British Army. Perhaps the Turks got them as surplus when the Allies were trying to keep Turkey out of the Axis and the war?

Regards

Larry
