Cool

As Mike and I do the Canadian Black watch in ww2 This carrier paint scheme is incorrect, So we get by doing the Lanark and Renfew Highlanders.

just noticed the T16 front idler wheel there, never noticed that before. I think Mike said the hull was a Mk1 which he had done to look like an upgraded facelift type mk1.

i have never seen the wood up the edge of the gunners armour before, is that an after mod or did they do that on carriers ?

The Bigmikemobile takes a lot of poetic license in it's potrayal of a carrier. Really it's more a sum of parts than a true rendition.

Right then.... i think this should be broadcast to the group....... as you can see above my posts clearly say i like the carrier and i asked a simple question about a bit of wood....yes i pointed out i noticed the T16 idler wheel...so what seen loads of carriers utilising T16 wheels.

just got this email from mike seconds ago...Aidan you are online at the same time...if you are not Mike which you say your not (fair enough) can you advise him from me i am bitterly dissapointed in him his emails are now blocked .

Instead of following the idiot crowd Of J Baker and R Love witch are just Military **********s. As I do have looking access on the MLU. you Should NOT be nit picking other peoples Carriers, Why don't you post your carrier up thier to see what you have to do to make it correct.
Yes the wood up front was a field modification same as the side skirts . As Nigel States it could have been done.
You think Baker of Love would give you anything of thier carries to copy, no fecking way matey. as I was willing to give a Pintle mold for copying, So I have a T16 road wheel, Big Deal, it happened Don't be going trusting those 2 idiots on the MLU Rich , they will always have something to say diff or neg on someones carrier. My Pal Aidan says it for me on the MLU. You think you know alot about carriers and in owning one , well you don't Rich, in Attitude wise. Cheers BIG MIKE
I know Bott all about carriers i am just enthusiastic about them thats why i post here as if my findings have been incorrect the lads here will correct me and keep me right..we are all students.... Just so you know Mike IMHO stands for "In My Humble Opinion" granted i perhaps should have used the word OEM rather than propper / pucker when it came to your side skirts.....it was just what i would do not putting the machine down..... and my carrier is posted up its on my build thread and the lads do pass opinion which i do accept and take all comments on board.... part and parcel of restoration

seriously something wrong with this chap
