Hi has anyone got any good photos hidden away of the canvas roofs as listed in nigels book number 2 on page 274, or can anyone shed any light on how the canvas was attached around the gunners position.
i have come to a complete blank i think its a spring loaded strap the misses says its more like a rubber type strap we did both agree that how ever its fixed it locates on a stud LOL. cheers martyn And no funny jokes about the misses and rubber straps Richard !!! |

Moi ? jokes about the Missus ?
if you speek with Big Mike he has done this exact thing on his carrier looks to be a good job too, are you frightened of getting wet like ? i was briefly considering this myself but in white with a red cross on, go for the ambulance route, but i realiside would have to chop up the rear plate to do this if it were to be correct. there are lots of reference shots to this mod in Nigels book (Vol.1)
