Default Winter Greens (Blues)

Well it is a little cool outside and we are working on our M38A2 Cdn. We decided to repaint the jeep. Now the jeep looks nice but the color is definitely not right, and seeing as it belongs to Carolle and she wants to ride in a nice jeep next summer!! Got to keep her happy.
We removed all the seats. taped the instrument panel and windshield. Then I removed the jerrycan rack and the spare tire mount. We found a lot of rusted out parts which required sheet metal and bodywork, today that should be finished and we will be sanding & priming new areas and finally washing down the remainder of the jeep prior to painting. The job should be finished by next week, we are not in a big hurry.
Also on Friday we will be getting our new truck, a 1985 M1008 Chev pickup. We bought the truck from a dealer in the Chicago area and it was delivered to Upper NY state where we will pick it up. Once it comes home we will repaint it to fleet colors and the install a snowplow hitch on it.
This is a strange winter because I finally got out myself out of shit. We sold the septic cleaning company and I have a lot of free time on my hands till I start working again. The fleet is in very good condition and needs very little work.
P.S. I think I am getting bored
On a better side, I have asked the Surete du Quebec (SQ) police to issue me a new serial number for my 2 1/2 ton MLVWs and they have provisionally agreed and we are awaiting the inspector. If I get a new serial number, I will them be able to legally license the trucks. Fingers crossed.

The expression is that if you do something you love, you'll never work a day in your life. So what does this say about your septic tank business decision?

What's next for occupying your days?
