Default She's leaving home, bye bye

Can you hear the music?

Well, it's finally happened and one of the longest border raids possible is in progress between Melbourne and Switzerland.

She graced our land for around 68 years, now it's the civilised life in Europe for her. I'm sure Chris will be a good owner for her.

She's all yours, my friend, now to see if I can sneak the FGT into the empty space.

Default It's always sad when they grow up and leave home

Well, I imagine it is.
A great story. What a journey.
Well done Keith and Chris.

Well done, beautiful truck. It has a new home but now there is an empty spot that you have to fill with a new project.

Default epic journey

Wonderful, she's soon to be loaded into the container and then on a ship to Basel via Rotterdam. Hope the African pirates won't capture her and she's being abused as their battle taxi ;-)

Keith has done an amazing job in getting her back on the road I'm really impresssed and touched!

She'll have a very good home hear and will be regularly driven around the mountains: going shopping, seeing other MVs at meetings, visting non-Blitz owners etc.

Will keep you posted abouth her travel adventures half way around the world.

Greetings
Chris

PS Yes, and I can finally change my signature

Wonderful!

Hope to see here in the flesh soon. Shall we make a date for Normandy 2014 already?

Alex
