I'm looking for m38a1c parts :

Coil springs
rear floor rails
dash bracket
rear seats

Your posting is missing a few letters. The Jeeps are all M38A1, the difference is which contract. CDN1 is early 1950s, CDN2 is 1967 and 68, and CDN3 is 1970 and 1971. They are all slightly different, but mostly alike.

The m38a1c is a special jeep variant with the 106mm recoilless rifle ... The parts i'm asking for will fit on every m38a1 versions (cdn, cdn2, cdn3)

my jeep is an m38a1cdn2 1968, but i want to convert it into an
m38a1 "c"

so i just need the special parts to install the 106mm in my jeep
