Default Unknown WWII Jacket

Hey guys,
I picked this up at auction almost a year ago. My initial research turned up no solid answers. I just realized I had never posted it here to see if anyone could help.
It is cut like a BD, but made out of the same material as the jeep coats. It was made in Montreal dated 1943 and has a C broadarrow on the waist band.
Anyone know what it is?

Default Alcan Highway

I'll look up some pictures but it could be a cold weather jacket used out west.

Thanks Harry, any help at all i appreciated. I even showed it to several WWII vets this past Remembrance season and none of them had seen one before.

Default Possibilities....

Top part of a armored vehicle outfit....using a similar pattern bib cover all arrangement for the bottom.....

Specialy made for an officer......Van Doos..?

Limited production prototype......

Not Korean, Bob, check the WW2 dated label...
I am sure it is an armoured crew jacket.
