Default Mk 1 Idler spindle removal

If anyone needs a front left idler bracket for british carrier I will have one spare just as soon as I can press the (much needed) spindle out of it.

Any idea how much pressure is required ? I have a ten ton shop press but don't want to damage the spindle or bracket attempting the impossible !

The bracket is the second type with serrated plate behind the nut as opposed to my earlier type with spring loaded pawl.

The bracket is free to anyone who needs it at postage cost as it was kindly given to me for free...(thanks Colin)

Cheers

Phill
