Drum Diameter T16 Carrier

I Had brake shoes made for My Carrier mk 1 out here on the West Coast . the Drum diameter is 10 inches and the Shoe width is 3 inches x 3/8 Thicknes.
The t 16 Shoes are they Compatabl? what are the Drum diameter and the width and thickness of the Shoe
