Engine No is on the gearbox up in front of the gear shift. Is it a Cab 11? 12? 13?.......... 14?

Ok - at the top of the gearbox, in front of the plate that gives you access to the grease pipe down to the thrust bearing, is the engine number. You identify the third and fourth digits (in this case 43 on mine) subtract 1 and this gives you the year of build.
