Roll On Roll Off carriers on Kijiji in Ontario

Some time ago we were discussing how to transport HMVs long distances, and the idea of flat-deck truck carriers came up. Here is an ad for pallet loading Roll On Roll Off platforms. Not my ad, just putting conversations together.

The other item in the ad is described as, "10 rolloff boxes 20-40 yards in Various condition various prices. From $2000 - $3500 selling fast!".
If the bottom and front are still roadworthy, what about torching off the sides and end to make a flat deck?
