![]() ![]() Euan's new wireless body (box) was purchased mounted on a (wrong for the type) Ford F15 chassis. This will be mated to the other recent purchase, a C15A former sigvan to complete a very original vehicle. ![]() More pics of the wireless body Euan is searching for some of the parts missing for the body such as rear mudguards, toolboxes, and a host of other smaller internal and external items. Can any Aussie member assist?

Hi Keefy - you up early as well. If I can't make it I'll find it. I love a challenge
Salesman Bob PS - notice I plug your BRILLIANT Year of the Blitz videos at every opportunity, and at no cost. Magnamimous Bob |

If you can make bits then should you be "Bob the Builder"? How many Sigvans are there attached to your crowd? Methinks it's about time to do a proper Sigvan Census for those delightful products of Fisherman's Bend. Oh, and thanks for the YOTB plugs too!

Hi Bob,
I will be interested in a dash for the sig van but it has late production gauges fitted. I did get a NOS Ford instrement panel with the van body on the Ford frame. Who is" Keefy"? I only know Keith or as my 4 yr old daughter calls him" Catman", as he has 2 cat at home. Euan. ![]() |

I immediately know of two operational ones and at least one in rebuild. I've previously posted Andrew's van on this forum but need to get images of the others.

Hi Euan
Oh this gets better and better KEEFY CATMAN. If I keep going I might be able to relate him to our Kootenays multi-poster Kartman. Just in case we are not talking about the same Keith, Keefy is the one that produces the BRILLIANT Year of the Blitz videos. Bob PS - any old instruments, gauges you don't want I'll take off your hands but remember my next favourite word after Deal is Donation. Enterprising Bob |

Very good Keith. The mark of a good man is that he can take a joke against him without offended - but to continue it himself - I bow to the great Vegemite-sniffing Wallabypee-drinking picturetaker of Oz!

Haven't tried that one yet, Dave - canyou get it in the UK? It's probably similar to badger urine. Vevemite is only sniffed to stimulate the salivary glands briefly before being consumed! Have you tried it with peanut butter? Exquisite! Thanks for your kind comments, btw. Yrs, catman...

Keith, since this thread is already derailed, can you Photoshoppe Bob the Builder (the real one...) in the picture of a Blitz? It will become my son's favourite truck picture, I assure you! ![]() BTW, Euan, nice project you've got going there! Hanno |

Thanks Hano,
I needed a new project like a hole in the head, but it was to good a deal too pass up. It would be interesting if Salesman Bob did a census as you don't see that many complete truck restored & on the road. Was the sig van assembled at Woodville S.A or Fisherman's Bend VIC or at both plants? Euan. |

Hi Euan
The Sig Van body, image posted on HUW Nipper thread, was built at Woodville. Bob |

The Sigvan "box" was sold by Euan to Ashley Wilson of Yass in late 2003, with the C15A going to another buyer in Melbourne (who is not online) but has used it in his restoration of another C15A.
Ashley has the remains of two other sigvan bodies which have sequential serials.
