Hi all,
I have been doing some digging recently whilst drawing up parts and was wondering how many different variations of the 2 pounder firing mechanisms there are? I ask this question as I have come across 3 so far...... I know one of these is canadian (the rounded one as it has "montreal" stamped on it), and I believe the other two are british. I assume the small one is nearing the era of the 6 pounder due to the simplified design for manufacture. Cheers, David |

We can also play spot the difference in breech blocks:
Left one has round hole, no big scallop on top. Middle one has flat sides, no big scallop on top. Right one has round hole, big scallop on top. Again there is a mixture of canadian and english. David |

Oh to have the choice! Does each striker fit in any block?
