PM deny receipt option lost

Hi there Master Sunray or???

Something weird going on with my PM's.
I've lost my "deny receipt" option in my PM's.
It just no longer exists!!!

Any reason why this should be so?
And howcan I fix it please?

Oh ... something else strange sometimes happens. I suddenly "lose" messages from my tracking area and sent folder ... they're just "gone" ... poof!

It's a mystery to PW ... can you Sunray, or someone else solve the mystery and maybe help me get my PM's functioning properly again?

I'm also a little worried/paranoid about these strange/spooky happenings ???
