I can't find any marking in this but believe it to be German WWII. Post war variants (barring modern reproductions) don't have the ventilation flap on the back. I would estimate the size to be US extra large. I'm 6 foot tall with 46" chest and can wear & button it over a tunic.
Rubber is soft, isn't cracking and bends easily. On the inside, the glue holding down the hems is failing, but can be re-glued if someone wants to. It's missing a couple buttons (the missing button for one of the pockets is in the pocket). The belts need a little stitching on the top from hanging down (where they connect to the jacket, see photo). The elastic inner sleeve is present on the left sleeve but missing from the right. A rectangular piece has been cut from the lower right skirt and used to patch some small holes on the same side (see photos). On the collar, the closer hook is missing, but the loop & cloth cover are in good shape. I've tried to give an accurate/detailed description but if you have specific questions, please contact me. Asking $525.00 + UPS shipping from 68521. Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
