Machine Gunners foot rest ?

In the front at the gunners feet. Ten inches in front of the vickers ammo box mount, my LP2a, Victorian Railways carrier # 2054, has two pads welded to the floor eight inches apart, with 0 B A hex screws fitted. # 2058 also has these "pads". Of all the Aussie carriers/ and wrecks I've seen, only the 2000 series V.R. carriers seem to have these mounts.
Do overseas carriers have similar? gunner foot rests? are there any other Aussie carriers with them ?
