Hub part needed & wiring

Can any one help in identifying item M in the attached image.

One off mine is broken and needs to be replaced. It would appear to be a standard ford part but I havent got a part number for it. Has anyone got one which I could purchase.

also.

I am about to rewire my carrier. at present I havent got anything to work with so starting from scratch. Can anyone send me a wire diagram for a carrier as it would be a good starting point.
