Dodge T236 / D3/4 APT

I have a friend trying to get a Canadian Dodge licensed, but he have some problems with the autorities...

I have told him I will try to find some documentations on this vehicle, but it seems all my books are in someone elses bookshelf.... and I can't remember who.

Anyone who can help with a scan of datas from somesort of TM's???
Will espessially need dimentions and wights, and if possible the serialnumbers to confirm this.
