Hi all,

Could someone post a picture here of a front suspension spring and how it connects at the rear bushing (pivot point) I hope this makes sence. Preferably a 1500wt.

Thanks alot.

Cliff,

Thankyou very much for that. The second picture is exactly what I needed.

You see, I just moved to a bigger Garage...I mean house and in an attempt to have the the truck assembled for the tilt & load I goofed up the front suspension.

Its an ideotic mistake but I'll post a picture of what I did to this thread.

Rob

The difference is not 15cwt or otherwise, the difference should be Ford or Chev. The Chev spring hanger is impossible to put on upside down. The Ford one actually should mount upside down and it is possible to mount it incorrectly with the hanger below the bracket, giving you about 2in of lift and throwing your steering and driveshaft angles all out of whack.
