Default What is this Ambo?

Ok a friend of mine has aked me if i could help ID this ambo for him... I have looked through the usual reference books to no avail. Only guess that it could be a Morris Commercial product??

So any idea as to what it is or could be?

I believe that's a Vulcan RSW heavy ambulance, as far as I can tell the vehicles were made by Vulcan and M-C but are very similar in appearance especially as the body is an official spec standard. Even the wheels are the same on both types but in cargo versions both have single rear wheels and not doubles.

Front ends are almost identical too, but the Vulcan has inter-connected front springs.
