two FLW's in crates from the factory

I am a Canadian Peace Keeping Veteran.

I was recently approached by a gentleman who owns two FLW's in crates from the factory (the crates have never been opened). One motorcycle has a Norton engine and the other has a Triumph engine.

I rebuild and fabricate motorcycles in my spare time in my shop located behind my house. My question is how can I find out what these motorcycles are worth? I want to purchase, assemble then ride these motorcycles, but first I need to know how much to pay this gentleman for the motorcycles.
