Default looking for Foden 10 ton pics

Hi folks, I am trying to convert an old Keilkraft 1/72 Foden Haulmaster kit, found in a closet while cleaning up my study.

I have changed the chassis intop 6x4 instead of 8x4 with the help of some parts of an Airifix 6x6 AEC Matador and I want to turn the Foden into a cargo truck. You can see I am not a purest but an impressionist modeller.
Are there any pics of this truck in British service around?
Happy new year,
Nuyt

Eric,

The British Army did buy 6x4 Foden trucks, but only bodied as 12,000 litre tankers or tippers. The 8x4 chassis had dropside/flat bodies or tankers. 6x6 chassis was used for artillery tractor and limber for FH70 gun, and recovery vehicle. I cannot find a good photo, but suggest you look at some of the surplus truck dealers websites, there should be some ex-army ones on there.

Default thanks

Well, I could also make it 6x6, an artillery tractor would be nice too, except I would need a howtizer to go with it

Default 6x4 tanker

Eric,

Take a look at this link, it is an ex-British Army 6x4 tanker;
