Default Blitz Bits

OK, the question has been addressed on the side (and answered)... who needs what from here in Oz? No, I'm not bring back chassis or brake drums, but if there's something you need from Max's Blitz Parts Barn (tm), you'd better start begging. I'm outta here in 48 hours or less.

An example:

Default Another Gem

A couple of days ago Max pulled a 20" rim apart so we could get it into Jo's trunk for delivery to Howard. This was inside a totally worn-out tyre, still holding air.

BTW, the rim was also stamped 1941...

Who's a cheeky boy, then? Max will be out on the tractor tomorrow, so when you come, bring lots of used, small-denomination, unmarked bills and we'll see what we can sort out...

SSHHH, Geoff!! Doncha know Max reads this, too? Your likely to have a kit inspection before you leave, anyhow, so if there's something to take back to Canada, make sure you can swallow it. He won't look there!

That reminds me, who was the character in MASH who swallowed the parts of a Jeep bit by bit to smuggle back stateside? Was it Sgt Rizzo in the Motor Pool?

Hi Geoff

Any chance you can convince Max to spare a set (4)of ND 928 pivot pin bearings...... will pay going price to Max or you on your return.

Thanks

Bob C.
PS.... after following your adventures, I can't figure out why you want back here.....

Hey Bob,

Jif here.... Max has some new ones which are spoken for, but he says he has some good second-hand ones I'll bring with next week. Sort out the cost with Max and we'll make arrangements to get them to you.
