Default Information about AUS carrier 1105

I recently found this photo in an old MILITARY MACHINE magazine. It is a photo of my carrier taken awhile ago somewhere in Victoria. I called the person who submitted the photo but he doesn't recall where he took the photo or anything about the vehicle. I was hoping to track down the previous owner and was wondering if anyone recognises the vehicle or the location.

Thanks
Darren

Question 1105 or 1150?

Darren,

Have 1150 listed as John Witty in your area.

Is this the same carrier, as you have previously posted a correction to serial no.?

If so which is the correct number??

Hi,

The correct hull number is 1105. A bit of confusion and the wrong number was painted on the side.(1150) The carrier is now owned by us....Darren and John WITTY in Brisbane. I saw this photo in a magazine and I was wondering if anyone recognized it. This photo was taken well before we purchased it. What is interesting is that it has a ID plate attached with the serial number of 982 MGC. I have been told that this vehicle 982 is on some old registers but I have contacted this owner and he sold it a long time ago and has no idea where it went. He apparently inherited from his father?? I wonder where 982 is now.

Thanks
Darren
