New Discoveries
Hi All
Two more Carriers have surfaced owned by a guy wanting gauge and speedometer decals. Both are Vic Rail built with #533 being restored utilising #2106 as a donor. Owner cannot find any build dates or model on the rear ledge so #533 is possibly a 1941 LP2 and #2106 a 1942 LP2A. #533 has the number T14878 scripted on it and it bore cammo markings that allegedly were on it ex. Military sale. Re. the build dates and model type, I always thought this was stamped on the rear ledge but with both these Vic Carriers, that isn't the case whereas the SA Carriers have this information.
