Did a quick jaunt up to Winnipeg and saw these on the side of the highway. I called the funeral home and spoke to the daughter of the owner who is a senior member of prarie command who is well into his years and in poor health. Did not speak with the gentlemen. The daughter also mentioned that he has a WLC...nice. The CMPs or parts thereof are not for sale.

Those were the work of Bill Briercliffe, a member of the Prairie Command vehicle collectors club. Bill actually passed away this last week, and will be missed by all. Despite battling illness for the last few years, he continued working on and aquiring CMPs right until the end.
Nice photos Mike. |
