difference Harley WLA and WLC???

Can anyone tell me the difference between the Harley-Davidson WLA and WLC?
I have just bought a beautiful 1/35 resin scale-model of the Harley-Davidson WLA, but I want to build it as a WLC. I want to ad it as cargo to my Dodge D15.
Were the WLC's produced in Canada?
