This wouldn't be a thinly disguised border raid, would it?

Default Not A Border Raid

Listen you disparaging pair, I am a man of honour. Besides which I wouldn't announce a border raid until it was done. This is for the transportation of wheels for my brilliant new Carrier wheels re-rubbering project.

Hi Bob
Out of shear desperation you could try "Need a Backload"
http://www.needabackloadau.com/page/page/6206770.htm

I think though at this early stage it could be more miss than hit, as I understand it you pay $4.95 to place an Ad listing the type of items to be transported & the destination sought, a registered (to the site) Driver then browsers the Ads & if you happen to be on his route, he'll contact you & from there you & the driver will negotiate a price to have your goods collected or hauled.

Personally I think a better system would be to have the Truck Drivers list their Routes including Departure/Arrival times & available space, leaving it up to you to do the browsing, but what do I know!

cheers Col

Default Re. Transport

Hi Col - good suggestion. I have been Googling and have come up with a few contingencies that I will follow up.
