Cgt 8
Here's the first pic of Dave Lidster's CGT 8 in Hobart, Tasmania.
The pic was taken in 1973. Dave salvaged the body and chassis which had the winch chopped out and has almost finished the chassis. The body is remarkably complete - he has all the doors and although very rusty in the roof area Dave plans to complete a full restoration which makes it only the second known intact CGT8 in Australia. ARN is 66177 which was disposed of in Tasmania in December 1959.
