The marking you have is the MobCom (Force Mobile Comand) badge which indicates that this is an 'army' vehicle. Both vehcles were in use for a long time so the actual markings applied to your vehicle will depend on the year you wish to portray. The same applies to the colour scheme of your vehicle.

M37s and M152s, apart from the "Flaming Arsehole" ( Mob Com) insignia, would still have had Unit and Formation signs, at least for a few years after their introduction...1952 onwards.
i.e. in Ontario, the white Martello tower in a red shield was placed right rear and left front, and the Unit sign was place left rear and right front.

It's strange that you would find white/blue and red/blue on the same tailgate.
White over blue indicates the Unit Sign for a Signals vehicle, Red over blue indicates the Unit sign for an Artillery vehicle. I can't imagine the both of them being on any Canadian Army vehicle at the same time! There are publications showing colour plates for Canadian Army Units/Formations, notably Barry Beldham's extensive production of same, but I suggest that those publications would be more than your needs. If you want info on the markings for your specific vehicle type, just keep on asking in here. You're sure to get an answer.
