looking for factory pictures of levers

need nice clear pictures of cabin interior to see how the various levers are arranged/located, for our chev/ford mismatch.

-starter (yes we do have a older starter with a lever on our truck)
-hi/low
-2wd/4wd
-hand brake (or parking brake?)

also, on a different topic
among the parts we rescued from the weirdo truck, a SM420 muncie with a drum brake mounted to its back. i was hoping to fit the hand brake set-up on our actual transmission but it seems different.
