Hello all. I cut a few trees down to buy this gem (with the landowners help) from a farm in northern Alberta, Canada. the history is not currently known at this time before what the old owner remembers, the landowners dad had acquired 2. the Ford from a blacksmith shop (now a fabrication shop) in a small town north west of Grande Prairie AB. and was sitting there for as long as he can remember in a shed before coming to the farm in the 70's/80's. the Chevrolet came from a farm not far away as far as he can remember (there was over 100 vehicles & machines there so he didn't keep track) anyhow I was there looking for tractor parts originally and when he was showing me around I saw this sad truck sitting with trees growing through the frame rails and the chevy sitting not far beside it with bullet holes through the windscreen. It wasn't hard to convince him to sell it to me although his brother would not part with the chevy. the old tires are down to the fabric cords, missing a pack of springs and the engine is seized tighter than a drum. but that doesn't intimidate me as much as the stance and look of this old beast. I shipped it down from Alberta to the west coast and here she's waiting for the shop build to be complete to get open heart surgery.

Nice 3 ton, and a Ford at that. But hey, is that another one (almost looks like a HUP) in the first photo back by the red box or is that just the chevy?
